Transfer files between phones — Android to iPhone and back
AirDrop is built for Apple devices and Quick Share for Android, and for most phones the two still do not meet. A web page works on both: create a drop on one phone, scan its QR code with the other, and download.

Limits — 25 MB per file · 100 MB per drop · 25 files
Step by step
How to transfer files from one phone to another
- 01
Open the page on the sending phone
Go to justsaveit.online, tap Browse files and pick the photos or files.
- 02
Create the drop
Press Create drop. The phone now shows a code, a link and a QR code.
- 03
Scan it with the other phone
Point the receiving phone’s camera at the first phone’s screen, and tap the link that appears.
- 04
Download
The drop opens in the browser on the receiving phone. Download the files — they arrive exactly as they were sent.
Android to iPhone, and iPhone to Android
Moving a file between the two platforms is where the built-in tools run out. A browser is the common ground both phones already have, so the same steps work in either direction — and from a phone to an iPad or an Android tablet as well.
Android to Android
Between two Android phones in the same room, Quick Share is built in and quick. Reach for a drop when the phones are not near each other, when Quick Share cannot see the other phone, or when the file should wait for someone to open it later instead of being accepted there and then.
When the other phone is not in the room
Send the link instead of showing the QR code. Messaging apps tend to compress photos and video on the way through; a link does not, because the chat only carries the link and the file downloads from here at full quality.
What fits
Up to 25 files per drop, 25 MB each and 100 MB in total. That covers photos, screenshots, documents and voice notes easily; long phone videos will usually be over the per-file limit.
FAQ
Phone to phone — common questions
How do I transfer files from Android to iPhone without an app?
Open Just Save It on the Android phone, pick the files and press Create drop. Then scan the QR code on its screen with the iPhone’s camera and download in Safari. Neither phone installs anything.
Do both phones need to be on the same wifi?
No. Each phone only needs its own internet connection — wifi or mobile data. They never connect to each other directly.
Can I transfer from a phone to an iPad?
Yes. An iPad is just another browser: scan the QR code with its camera, or type the short code on the site.
Is it faster than Bluetooth?
Usually, yes. Bluetooth file transfer is slow for anything larger than a few megabytes; here the speed is whatever each phone’s internet connection manages.
